Planning permission was secured to maximise the external envelope of a proposal comprising a new six-storey corner building and a two-storey extension over a derelict heritage asset in a central London conservation area, creating a larger office development. A second phase to introduce residential use is ongoing and involves a detailed marketing campaign.
